Monday, July 11, AM. Disregard George, I was able to find the user folder. It was hidden. Thank you George! You're a legend for your 'advice'. So lets think about this. Why would a company put a file on your computer. Then show you that you can't get into it? If there are some files that can 'never be accessed' and I have done the take ownership stuff, so the issue is something else.

Why are they calling them files? Two possiblities, it is some bug hidden by not being able to access them, or they want you to know, that you are not allowed to access all the files on your computer. In Psyops, that is presentation of strength until an enemy stops fighting back. It does not requier any action, it only requiers showing dominance until someone breaks dig a hole Cool Hand Luke. My point is it does not matter if there is anything in the file, if you can or can't access it, what matters is Microsoft or someone in some group, is trying to say they 'control' what is on your computer, till people accept that a corporation, or agency will have control over all information including 'terminals'.

That fits in with the doctrine of controlling information. If you can see how it works and manage your own files, then you don't need them as much, in truth there is little reason for new opperating systems every few years. However I understand central planning wants to keep the computer people employed Or they were actually dumb enough to put a computer file on your computer, then repeatedly tell you that you can't see whats in it, or access what is in it.

Either it is incompetance, or a case of them trying to show 'what they can do' and that there is nothing they think you can do about it. Could be an honest mistake, and maybe there is some other reason, but really, if it was for an agency, or black room doing it, why would they need to show you that you can not access some file, and make it look like a file.

It fits standard doctrine create submission by showing something is out of your control idea. Note also, they will keep poking the stick at you till you stop kicking, then they will figure you will do what you are told, hence much of it is for harrassment, when you ask. Why would they put a picture of an item as a file, yet never let the computer user open it?

The plan is for it to bother you. Or they are not that smart. They want you to think they have the control. Some others only think, you can get to the file through a link, why would you need to open that folder. It is a perception of ownership that is the core difference in thought.

The reason a person needs to be able to open every folder, is who is someone else to say I can't open the file, unless they are saying they are your administrator. And that is the goal, to get people to think that way, when it is not true. In reply to Meghmala's post on September 9, Oh dear! Thank you sooooo much meghmala.
