Given all of the trouble I have had with this unit and average, but not stellar, customer service that I have received since I purchased the unit, I do not plan to purchase another Iomega NAS.
That is unfortunate. It appears that Iomega has decided to void my warranty since I did not check with them prior to following their installation instructions published on their web site.
